Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
  • 4 ounces ramen noodles
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
  2. Add chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
  3. Stir in heavy cream and soy sauce, mixing well.
  4. Add the cooked and shredded chicken to the pot.
  5. In a separate pot, cook ramen noodles according to package instructions, then drain.
  6. Add the cooked noodles to the creamy garlic chicken mixture.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
