Ingredients

  • 4 chicken thighs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season chicken thighs with salt and pepper, then add to the skillet.
  3. Cook chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  4. Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  5. Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1 minute.
  6. Pour in heavy cream, thyme, and rosemary, stirring to combine.
  7. Return chicken to the skillet and simmer for 10 minutes until cooked through.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
