Ingredients

  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups green beans (canned or fresh)
  • 2 cups cooked pasta (elbow macaroni or egg noodles)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Bread crumbs (optional for topping)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Brown the ground beef and onion in a large skillet over medium heat until cooked through. Drain any excess fat.
  3. Combine the cream of chicken soup, sour cream, cooked pasta, green beans, cheese, and cooked beef in a large bowl. Mix well.
