- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups green beans (canned or fresh)
- 2 cups cooked pasta (elbow macaroni or egg noodles)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Bread crumbs (optional for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Brown the ground beef and onion in a large skillet over medium heat until cooked through. Drain any excess fat.
- Combine the cream of chicken soup, sour cream, cooked pasta, green beans, cheese, and cooked beef in a large bowl. Mix well.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13-inch baking dish. Sprinkle bread crumbs on top if desired.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until heated through and bubbly.
