- 4 medium potatoes, diced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until translucent.
- Add ground beef, cook until browned.
- Stir in diced potatoes, beef broth, and paprika.
- Cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes, until potatoes are tender.
- Pour in heavy cream, stir well, and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
Notes
- For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes.
- Can substitute ground beef with turkey or chicken.
- Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
