  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, chopped spinach, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Mix until well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake the meatballs in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through.
  5. In a saucepan, combine heavy cream, chicken broth, and cream cheese over medium heat. Stir until the cream cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.
