Description

A delicious and creamy dish featuring ravioli filled with mushrooms and served with perfectly seared steak.


Ingredients

  • 1 package of mushroom ravioli
  • 2 cups of heavy cream
  • 1 cup of diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup of sliced mushrooms
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 pound of steak (your choice of cut)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the mushroom ravioli according to package instructions.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add sliced mushrooms. Sauté until golden brown.
  3. Add diced tomatoes and heavy cream to the skillet, stirring to combine. Let simmer for 5-7 minutes.
  4. Season the sauce with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. In another skillet, sear the steak to your desired doneness, then let it rest before slicing.
  6. Combine the cooked ravioli with the creamy sauce, tossing to coat.
  7. Serve the ravioli topped with sliced steak and garnish with fresh basil.

  • For a vegetarian option, omit the steak and add more vegetables.
