Ingredients

- 1 package of mushroom ravioli
- 2 cups of heavy cream
- 1 cup of diced tomatoes
- 1 cup of sliced mushrooms
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 pound of steak (your choice of cut)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the mushroom ravioli according to package instructions.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add sliced mushrooms. Sauté until golden brown.
- Add diced tomatoes and heavy cream to the skillet, stirring to combine. Let simmer for 5-7 minutes.
- Season the sauce with salt and pepper to taste.
- In another skillet, sear the steak to your desired doneness, then let it rest before slicing.
- Combine the cooked ravioli with the creamy sauce, tossing to coat.
- Serve the ravioli topped with sliced steak and garnish with fresh basil.
Notes
- For a vegetarian option, omit the steak and add more vegetables.
- Feel free to use store-bought or homemade ravioli.
- Adjust the thickness of the sauce by adding more or less cream.
