  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, brown the ground turkey over medium heat until fully cooked.
  2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, cooking until the onion is translucent.
  3. Stir in the pumpkin puree, kidney beans, diced tomatoes, chicken broth, chili powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Bring the mixture to a simmer and let it cook for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Stir in the heavy cream and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with fresh cilantro.
