Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 225°F (110°C).
- Slice the zucchinis into thin rounds.
- In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Coat each zucchini slice with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place the coated zucchini slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Spray the zucchini slices lightly with olive oil.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 2 hours, or until crispy.
