Ingredients

- 2 slices of bread
- 1/2 cup of fresh blueberries
- 1/2 cup of shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1 tablespoon of butter
Instructions
- Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.
- On the unbuttered side, layer the shredded cheese and blueberries.
- Top with the second slice of bread, buttered side up.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and place the sandwich in the skillet.
- Cook until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Remove from skillet, slice, and serve warm.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a sprinkle of cinnamon to the blueberries.
