Ingredients

  • 1 cup finely chopped cabbage
  • 1/2 cup grated carrots
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 package dumpling wrappers
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine chopped cabbage, grated carrots, green onions, garlic, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
  2. Place a small spoonful of the filling onto the center of each dumpling wrapper.
  3. Moisten the edges of the wrapper with water and fold to seal.
  4. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  5. Add the dumplings and fry until golden brown and crispy on both sides.
  6. Serve hot with dipping sauce.

  • For a vegetarian option, ensure the dumpling wrappers are egg-free.
