- 1 tablespoon soy sauce

- 1 package dumpling wrappers
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine chopped cabbage, grated carrots, green onions, garlic, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
- Place a small spoonful of the filling onto the center of each dumpling wrapper.
- Moisten the edges of the wrapper with water and fold to seal.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add the dumplings and fry until golden brown and crispy on both sides.
- Serve hot with dipping sauce.
Notes
- For a vegetarian option, ensure the dumpling wrappers are egg-free.
- These dumplings can also be steamed instead of fried for a healthier version.
