Ingredients

- 1 small head of cabbage, finely chopped
- 1 cup of mushrooms, finely chopped
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon of sesame oil
- 1 package of dumpling wrappers
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the chopped cabbage, mushrooms, green onions, garlic, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
- Place a small spoonful of the filling onto the center of each dumpling wrapper.
- Moisten the edges of the wrapper with water and fold it over to create a half-moon shape, sealing the edges tightly.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Add the dumplings to the pan and fry until golden brown and crispy on both sides.
- Serve hot with dipping sauce.
Notes
- For a vegetarian option, ensure the dumpling wrappers are egg-free.
- These dumplings can also be steamed instead of fried for a healthier option.
