- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups fettuccine pasta
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese.
- Coat the chicken pieces in the breadcrumb mixture and place them on a baking sheet.
- Bake the chicken for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Meanwhile, cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions.
- In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add heavy cream and red pepper flakes, stirring until combined.
- Season with salt and pepper, then simmer for a few minutes.
- Drain the pasta and toss it in the Alfredo sauce.
- Serve the spiced Alfredo pasta topped with crispy chicken bites and garnish with fresh parsley.

- For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in buttermilk before coating.
