- 6 oz crab meat, drained
- 2 green onions, finely chopped
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 package of wonton wrappers
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, crab meat, green onions, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce until well blended.
- Place a teaspoon of the crab mixture in the center of each wonton wrapper.
- Moisten the edges of the wonton with water and fold to seal, forming a triangle or a purse shape.
- Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
- Fry the wontons in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes.
- Remove and drain on paper towels before serving.

- Serve with sweet and sour sauce or soy sauce for dipping.
- Ensure the oil is hot enough before frying to achieve maximum crispiness.
- Can be baked for a healthier option, but frying gives the best texture.
