- 1 lb chicken tenders
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Marinate the chicken tenders in buttermilk for at least 1 hour.
- In a bowl, mix flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Coat each chicken tender in the flour mixture, then dip in buttermilk again, and finally coat with panko breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Fry the chicken tenders until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side.
- Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
