Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- Spread the Brussels sprouts in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until crispy and caramelized, stirring halfway through.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, you can broil the Brussels sprouts for an additional 2-3 minutes at the end of cooking.
