Description

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  3. Set up a breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs.
  4. Dredge each chicken breast in flour, dip in eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs.
  5. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and fry the chicken until golden brown on both sides.
  6. Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes until cooked through.
  7. In a small bowl, mix honey, crumbled feta, and red pepper flakes.
  8. Once the chicken is done, drizzle the honey feta mixture over the top and serve hot.

Notes

  • For extra crunch, double coat the chicken in breadcrumbs.
  • Adjust the amount of red pepper flakes to your spice preference.
