Description

A delightful twist on traditional peach cobbler, these crispy egg rolls are filled with sweet peaches and spices, perfect for springtime desserts.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh peaches, peeled and diced
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 package egg roll wrappers
  • Oil for frying
  • Powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine diced peaches, sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice. Mix well and let sit for 10 minutes.
  2. Lay an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface, and place a spoonful of the peach mixture in the center.
  3. Fold the bottom corner over the filling, then fold in the sides and roll tightly to seal.
  4. Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
  5. Fry the egg rolls in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  6. Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
  7. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
