Instructions
- In a food processor, combine shrimp, breadcrumbs, green onions, egg, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Pulse until the mixture is well combined but still chunky.
- Form the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
- Fry the shrimp balls in batches until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
- Remove and drain on paper towels.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
