Instructions

  1. In a skillet, brown the ground beef with the chopped onion and minced garlic until the meat is no longer pink.
  2. Transfer the beef mixture to the crock pot.
  3. Add the chopped bell pepper, crushed tomatoes, beef broth, elbow macaroni, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to the crock pot.
