A simple and delicious recipe for Crockpot Chicken and Dumplings that is perfect for family dinners.

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 can (biscuits) refrigerated dough
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot.
- In a bowl, mix together the cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, frozen vegetables, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken in the crockpot.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- About 30 minutes before serving, cut the biscuits into quarters and add them to the crockpot.
- Stir gently to combine and cover again until the biscuits are cooked through.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
- For a healthier version, use low-fat cream of chicken soup.
- You can substitute chicken thighs for chicken breasts if preferred.
