Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together honey, Dijon mustard, soy sauce, minced garlic, and olive oil.

- Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- Once cooked, shred the chicken with two forks and mix it back into the sauce.
