  • 1/2 cup sour cream

  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a crockpot, combine the artichoke hearts, spinach, cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, and garlic.
  2. Stir until all ingredients are well mixed.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
