  • 1 (10 oz) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the spinach, artichoke hearts, cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  2. Mix until well combined.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a slow cooker.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 2-3 hours, stirring occasionally, until the dip is hot and bubbly.
  5. Serve warm with tortilla chips, crackers, or bread.

Notes
