- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (cold)

Instructions
- Combine warm milk and yeast in a bowl. Let it sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
- Mix flour, sugar, and salt in a separate bowl.
- Gradually stir in the yeast mixture to form a dough.
- Knead the dough for about 5 minutes, then let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
- Roll out the dough and place cold butter in the center. Fold the dough over to encase the butter.
- Roll out and fold the dough several times to create layers.
- Shape into triangles and roll up from the wide end.
- Place on a baking sheet and let rise for another 30 minutes.
- Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15-20 minutes until golden.
- Serve warm with your choice of jam.
