- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup nuts (almonds, walnuts, or pecans)
- 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup dried fruit (raisins, cranberries, or apricots)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, nuts, and salt.
- In a small saucepan, melt the coconut oil and honey (or maple syrup) over low heat, then stir in the vanilla extract.
- Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients and mix well until everything is evenly coated.
- Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool completely before adding the dried fruit.
- Once cooled, break into clusters and store in an airtight container.

- Feel free to customize the nuts and dried fruits based on your preference.
- For a sweeter granola, add more honey or maple syrup.
