Description

A delightful and crispy shrimp appetizer perfect for spring gatherings and game nights.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Oil for frying


Instructions

  1. In a food processor, pulse the shrimp until coarsely chopped.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the chopped shrimp, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, green onions, garlic, egg, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix until well combined.
  4. Form the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
  5. Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
  6. Fry the shrimp balls in batches until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
  7. Remove and drain on paper towels.
  8. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
