Ingredients

- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a food processor, pulse the shrimp until coarsely chopped.
- In a large bowl, combine the chopped shrimp, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, green onions, garlic, egg, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
- Fry the shrimp balls in batches until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
- Remove and drain on paper towels.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
