Description

A delicious and healthy crustless quiche made with ground turkey, perfect for any meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 cup chopped spinach
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground turkey over medium heat until browned.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
  4. Add the cooked turkey, cheese, spinach, onion, salt, pepper, and garlic powder to the egg mixture.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased pie dish.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the quiche is set and lightly golden on top.
  7. Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
