- 1 oz dry ranch seasoning packet
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 2 tsp fresh chopped dill
- 1 medium cucumber, sliced thin
Instructions
- Chop your fresh dill and thinly slice the cucumber.
- Mix the softened cream cheese with the dry ranch seasoning until smooth.
- Lay out your flour tortillas and spread the cream cheese mixture evenly onto each.
- Sprinkle chopped dill over the cream cheese mixture on each tortilla.
- Arrange the cucumber slices evenly over the cream cheese and dill.
- Roll the tortilla tightly into a log.
- Wrap each log in plastic wrap and chill in the fridge for at least an hour.
- Unwrap the logs and cut about 2 inches off each end.
- Slice the remaining log into 6 equal portions.
- Lay the pinwheels flat on a platter and serve.
