Description

A refreshing appetizer combining cream cheese, dill, and cucumber, perfect for gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 oz dry ranch seasoning packet
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 tsp fresh chopped dill
  • 1 medium cucumber, sliced thin


Instructions

  1. Chop your fresh dill and thinly slice the cucumber.
  2. Mix the softened cream cheese with the dry ranch seasoning until smooth.
  3. Lay out your flour tortillas and spread the cream cheese mixture evenly onto each.
  4. Sprinkle chopped dill over the cream cheese mixture on each tortilla.
  5. Arrange the cucumber slices evenly over the cream cheese and dill.
  6. Roll the tortilla tightly into a log.
  7. Wrap each log in plastic wrap and chill in the fridge for at least an hour.
  8. Unwrap the logs and cut about 2 inches off each end.
  9. Slice the remaining log into 6 equal portions.
  10. Lay the pinwheels flat on a platter and serve.
