Description

A delightful and unique dish made from dandelion flowers, perfect for a springtime treat.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups dandelion flowers, cleaned
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together the milk and egg.
  3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
  4. Gently fold in the cleaned dandelion flowers.
  5. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of the batter into the hot oil and fry until golden brown on both sides.
  7. Remove and drain on paper towels before serving.
