Instructions

- In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the chocolate mixture.
- Add the orange zest and juice, folding until just combined.
- Divide the mousse into serving dishes and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.

- For a stronger orange flavor, increase the amount of orange zest.
- Ensure the chocolate is cooled slightly before mixing with the eggs to prevent scrambling.
