- 1 package of Oreo cookies (about 36 cookies)
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup Irish cream liqueur
- 8 oz semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil (optional)
Instructions
- Crush the Oreo cookies in a food processor until fine crumbs form.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed Oreos, softened cream cheese, and Irish cream liqueur until well blended.
- Roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Chill the truffles in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
- Melt the semi-sweet chocolate and coconut oil in a microwave or double boiler until smooth.
- Dip each chilled truffle into the melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip off.
- Return the chocolate-coated truffles to the parchment-lined baking sheet and let them set.
- Once set, serve and enjoy your decadent truffles!

- For a stronger flavor, use more Irish cream liqueur.
