Ingredients

  • 1 package of Oreo cookies (about 36 cookies)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup Irish cream liqueur
  • 8 oz semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil (optional)

Instructions

  1. Crush the Oreo cookies in a food processor until fine crumbs form.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed Oreos, softened cream cheese, and Irish cream liqueur until well blended.
  3. Roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Chill the truffles in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
  5. Melt the semi-sweet chocolate and coconut oil in a microwave or double boiler until smooth.
  6. Dip each chilled truffle into the melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip off.
  7. Return the chocolate-coated truffles to the parchment-lined baking sheet and let them set.
