- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp cumin

- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine cooked quinoa, grated carrots, chopped bell peppers, chopped onions, breadcrumbs, and parsley.
- Add the egg (or flax egg), garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
- Form the mixture into patties of your desired size.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Fry the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from skillet and place on paper towels to drain excess oil.
- Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce or in a burger bun.
