Description

A fun and easy recipe for making delicious pepperoni pizza roll breadsticks that are perfect for kids and any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 package of pizza dough
  • 1 cup of pepperoni slices
  • 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup of marinara sauce for dipping
  • 1 tablespoon of Italian seasoning
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface.
  3. Layer the pepperoni slices evenly over the dough.
  4. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the pepperoni.
  5. Sprinkle Italian seasoning over the cheese.
  6. Roll the dough tightly into a log.
  7. Cut the log into 1-inch thick slices.
  8. Place the slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  9. Brush the tops with beaten egg for a golden finish.
  10. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  11. Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
