Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Green food coloring
  • Cherry tomatoes for decoration
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Hard boil the eggs, then cool and peel them.
  2. Cut the eggs in half lengthwise and remove the yolks.
  3. In a bowl, mash the yolks and mix with mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add green food coloring to the yolk mixture until desired color is achieved.
  5. Fill the egg whites with the green yolk mixture.
  6. Arrange the filled eggs in a tree shape on a platter.
  7. Use cherry tomatoes as ornaments and parsley as garland for decoration.

Notes

  • For a spicier kick, add a dash of hot sauce to the yolk mixture.
