- 6 large eggs
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Green food coloring
- Cherry tomatoes for decoration

Instructions
- Hard boil the eggs, then cool and peel them.
- Cut the eggs in half lengthwise and remove the yolks.
- In a bowl, mash the yolks and mix with mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
- Add green food coloring to the yolk mixture until desired color is achieved.
- Fill the egg whites with the green yolk mixture.
- Arrange the filled eggs in a tree shape on a platter.
- Use cherry tomatoes as ornaments and parsley as garland for decoration.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add a dash of hot sauce to the yolk mixture.
- These can be made a day in advance; just keep them refrigerated.
