Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. Rinse the corned beef brisket under cold water and pat dry.
  3. In a bowl, mix together the Dijon mustard, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, black pepper, and garlic powder.
  4. Spread the mustard mixture evenly over the corned beef.
