- 8 oz pasta (your choice)
- 1 cup dill pickles, diced
- 1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup pickle juice
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh dill for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and let cool.
- In a large bowl, combine the diced dill pickles, red onion, mayonnaise, pickle juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add the cooled pasta to the bowl and mix until well combined.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
- Garnish with fresh dill before serving.

- Feel free to add other vegetables like bell peppers or celery for extra crunch.
