Description

A delicious and tangy vegan snack made with tofu and dill pickles.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 block firm tofu, pressed and drained
  • 1 cup dill pickle juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh dill for garnish


Instructions

  1. Cut the pressed tofu into bite-sized cubes.
  2. In a bowl, combine the dill pickle juice, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the tofu cubes to the marinade and let them soak for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  5. Spread the marinated tofu on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
  8. Garnish with fresh dill before serving.
