Description
A delicious and tangy vegan snack made with tofu and dill pickles.
Ingredients

- 1 block firm tofu, pressed and drained
- 1 cup dill pickle juice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh dill for garnish
Instructions
- Cut the pressed tofu into bite-sized cubes.
- In a bowl, combine the dill pickle juice, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add the tofu cubes to the marinade and let them soak for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Spread the marinated tofu on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
- Garnish with fresh dill before serving.
