Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a saucepan, combine water and butter; bring to a boil.
- Stir in flour and salt until the mixture forms a ball.
- Remove from heat and let cool slightly before adding eggs one at a time.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- While cooling, whip the heavy cream with eggnog and vanilla until soft peaks form.
- Once puffs are cool, fill them with the eggnog cream mixture.
- Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
