Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a bundt pan.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vegetable oil until well combined.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in pumpkin puree.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  6. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  7. Pour half of the pumpkin batter into the bundt pan, then dollop the cream cheese mixture on top, followed by the remaining pumpkin batter.
  8. Bake for 60-70 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  9. Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
