- 2 pounds of potatoes
- 4 tablespoons of unsalted butter
- 2 egg yolks
- 1/2 cup of heavy cream
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Peel and cut the potatoes into chunks, then boil them in salted water until tender.
- Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot.
- Add butter, heavy cream, salt, and pepper to the potatoes, then mash until smooth.
- Stir in the egg yolks until fully incorporated.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Transfer the potato mixture to a piping bag and pipe into decorative shapes on a baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
