- 2 cups of chocolate chips
- 3 cups of chow mein noodles
- 1 cup of mini chocolate eggs
- 1/2 cup of shredded coconut (optional)
- Cooking spray (for greasing)
Instructions
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth.
- Once melted, add the chow mein noodles to the chocolate and mix until well coated.
- Spray a muffin tin with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
- Using a spoon, scoop the chocolate noodle mixture into the muffin tin, forming nests.
- Make a small indentation in the center of each nest to hold the eggs.
- Refrigerate for about 30 minutes until set.
- Once set, remove the nests from the muffin tin and fill each nest with mini chocolate eggs and shredded coconut if desired.
