Instructions
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion, garlic, and bell pepper; sauté until softened.
- Stir in the diced tomatoes, beef broth, and paprika.
- Bring to a boil, then add the elbow macaroni.
- Reduce heat and simmer for about 10-12 minutes, or until the pasta is cooked.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- If desired, sprinkle with shredded cheese before serving.
