Ingredients

- 2 salmon fillets
- 1 cup of rice
- 2 cups of water
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Rinse the rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
- In a pot, combine the rice and water, bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 18-20 minutes.
- While the rice is cooking, preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Season the salmon fillets with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Place the salmon fillets in the air fryer basket and cook for 10-12 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through.
- Once the rice is done, fluff it with a fork and serve it in bowls topped with the air-fried salmon.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
