Ingredients

  • 1 cup of rice
  • 2 cups of water
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Rinse the rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
  2. In a pot, combine the rice and water, bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 18-20 minutes.
  3. While the rice is cooking, preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  4. Season the salmon fillets with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  5. Place the salmon fillets in the air fryer basket and cook for 10-12 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through.
  6. Once the rice is done, fluff it with a fork and serve it in bowls topped with the air-fried salmon.
  7. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
