Description

Delicious and simple banana bread bites perfect for a quick snack or dessert.


Ingredients

  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • Pinch of salt
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas with a fork until smooth.
  3. Stir in the melted butter.
  4. Add the baking soda and salt, and mix well.
  5. Stir in the sugar, egg, and vanilla extract until combined.
  6. Mix in the flour until just incorporated.
  7. Pour the batter into a greased mini muffin tin.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Let cool before serving.
