  • 2 cups chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, combine sugar, butter, and heavy cream over medium heat.
  2. Stir continuously until the mixture comes to a boil.
  3. Allow it to boil for 5 minutes without stirring.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in dark rum, vanilla extract, and salt.
  5. Add chocolate chips and stir until melted and smooth.
  6. Pour the mixture into a greased 9×9 inch pan.
  7. Let it cool at room temperature until set, then cut into squares.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate chips.
  • Store in an airtight container at room temperature.
