  • 1/4 cup of vegetable oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup of crushed candy canes
  • 1 cup of white chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup of heavy cream
  • Additional crushed candy canes for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the brownie mix, vegetable oil, and eggs until well blended.
  3. Fold in the crushed candy canes into the brownie batter.
  4. Pour the batter into a greased baking pan and spread evenly.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Let the brownies cool completely before cutting them into bite-sized squares.
  7. In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream until it begins to simmer, then remove from heat and add the white chocolate chips, stirring until melted and smooth.
