- 1 box of brownie mix
- 1/4 cup of vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup of crushed candy canes
- 1 cup of white chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup of heavy cream
- Additional crushed candy canes for topping
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the brownie mix, vegetable oil, and eggs until well blended.
- Fold in the crushed candy canes into the brownie batter.
- Pour the batter into a greased baking pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the brownies cool completely before cutting them into bite-sized squares.
- In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream until it begins to simmer, then remove from heat and add the white chocolate chips, stirring until melted and smooth.
- Dip each brownie square into the white chocolate mixture and place on a wire rack.
- Sprinkle additional crushed candy canes on top of the dipped brownies.
- Allow the chocolate to set before serving.
Notes
- For a more intense flavor, use peppermint extract in the brownie mix.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to a week.
