Ingredients

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the diced onion and minced garlic, sauté until translucent.
  3. Add the sliced sausage and cook until browned.
  4. Stir in the chopped cauliflower and cook for about 5 minutes.
  5. Pour in the vegetable broth and bring to a boil.

  7. Add the chopped kale and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
