- 1 package of puff pastry
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1 cup lettuce, chopped
- 1/2 cup tomato, diced
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface.
- Spread the shredded cheese evenly over the pastry.
- Sprinkle the crumbled bacon, chopped lettuce, and diced tomato on top of the cheese.
- Roll the pastry tightly into a log.
- Slice the log into spirals and place them on a baking sheet.
- Brush the tops with the beaten egg.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.

- Feel free to add other vegetables or spices to taste.
