- 4 medium apples, peeled and sliced
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 pre-made pie crust
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the sliced apples, sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice. Mix well.
- Place the pie crust in a pie dish and fill it with the apple mixture.
- Drizzle the melted butter over the top of the apples.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until the apples are tender and the crust is golden brown.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- For a sweeter taste, add more sugar to the apple mixture.
- Serve with vanilla ice cream for an extra treat.
