Instructions
- In a large pot, cook the ground chicken over medium heat until browned.
- Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, cooking until the onion is translucent.
- Pour in the chicken broth and crushed tomatoes, bringing the mixture to a boil.
- Add the broken lasagna noodles and Italian seasoning, simmering until the noodles are tender.
- Stir in the ricotta cheese and half of the mozzarella cheese until melted and combined.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, topped with the remaining mozzarella cheese.
