Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook the ground chicken over medium heat until browned.
  2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, cooking until the onion is translucent.
  3. Pour in the chicken broth and crushed tomatoes, bringing the mixture to a boil.
  4. Add the broken lasagna noodles and Italian seasoning, simmering until the noodles are tender.
  5. Stir in the ricotta cheese and half of the mozzarella cheese until melted and combined.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve hot, topped with the remaining mozzarella cheese.
